把win8的IE10放桌面上方法(非快键式)
新建一个注册表.reg文件，如：IE10桌面显示.reg;再右键“编辑”该注册表.reg文件;后把以下代码复制粘贴进去，保存，再后 双击该文件(有弹出的都点确定)，刷新下见效果。
